The top fitness trends of 2018 offer an encouraging outlook for the fitness industry and more importantly, for the safety and effectiveness of exercising in general. Although "trends" don't always mean safe or effective, the top trends in this list cover both! Of course at MFS we love #1 kickboxing, but the second trend is important because prioritizing form and function over load (amount of weight) and intensity are the keys to SAFE exercise.
